if they are worth it, not decreasing current stable tree, as well as not 
compatibility. if they are not, well, you probably know the answer already.

especially, i don't think icinga should blindly follow the predecessor's 
changes, without asking ourselves "is it worth the time porting, 
maintaining and supporting THAT?"
