OK, that's an important datum for troubleshooting. IDOutils uses
libdbi for its database calls, but can be called differently inside
ido2db based on backend database.

If you get core files, can you get a backtrace report from gdb?
Note that this assumes that the ido2db executable wasn't stripped;
if it was, see if you get build a non-stripped one so the actual
statement will get called out in the backtrace as well as all the
labels therein.
