Best regards, Carlos García Good evening! Some time ago, I submitted the file "pt_BR_Support.pm" (and several other pt_BR* files) for OTRS Group. Recently, I have updated my OTRS and I noticed this file was ignored (it is not in the Kernel/Language/ folder). :( I think this happened because the file "pt_BR_Support.pm" didn't exist in Brazilian Portuguese standard translation files. I have created it for my idiom!
