[otrs-i18n] German translation additions for CSV output

Dear all,

Could you please be so kind and apply the following additions to the german 
language file so that the ticket search CSV headers are correctly translated:

   $Self->{Translation}->{'FirstLock'}   = 'Erstsperrzeit’;

   $Self->{Translation}->{'FirstResponse'}   = 'Erstantwortzeit';
   $Self->{Translation}->{'FirstResponseInMin'}   = 'Erstantwortzeit in 
Minuten';
   $Self->{Translation}->{'FirstResponseDiffInMin'}   = 
'Erstantwortzeitdifferenz in Minuten’;

   $Self->{Translation}->{'SolutionInMin'}   = 'Lösungszeit in Minuten';
   $Self->{Translation}->{'SolutionDiffInMin'}   = 'Lösungszeitdifferenz in 
Minuten';

   $Self->{Translation}->{'UserFirstname'}   = 'Benutzervorname';
   $Self->{Translation}->{'UserLastname'}   = 'Benutzernachname';

   $Self->{Translation}->{'customer realname'}   = 'Kundenanzeigename’;

   $Self->{Translation}->{'ArticleTree'}   = 'Artikelbaum';

I thought about a pull request but I wasn’t sure where in the language file 
these additions should be added to.
