Just the file is more than enough. And also, you don't need to worry
about the $Id$ tag because our source code control server takes care of
that itself.
Please note that I've added the file both to the 2.0 branch in Latin-1
character set and to the 2.1 branch, for OTRS 3.1.x, in Unicode. This is
because we switched to full unicode in OTRS 3.1.x.
If you would update the file in the future, please download the latest
applicable version from source code control, update that file and then
send it in. You can find the file here:
