Hi Remi, Mike, I'll have a review of the diff file. I definitely agree with you on two points : - The use of "Operateur" instead of "Technicien/ Agent" - "File" suits better than "Queue" (also exists in french but more of a technical term)
Maybe ce could work through audio calls (eg Skype) ? Sessions will be much more efficient.
