By default OTRS shows "Last name, First name" in some places. Do you think having this configurable per language is the best option? Or maybe even per system or agent? I know in some languages people would refer to themselves as "Doe John", in some others as "John Doe" so having it in the language file seems like an idea too me, OTOH it can be too limited. Any other (OTRS default): First/Last CJK locale's name order: Last/First However, there is no option to which it is changed on OTRS.
