[Hugs-users] Error when opening Hugs for Windows

Hello,

I've just installed WinHugs on a machine running Windows 2000,
using:
             hugs98-Nov2003-2.msi
When opening WinHugs, the GUI opens but prompt:

Warning: unknown toggle `F'; ignoring.
ERROR- a closing  quote, '"', was expected
then a message box pops, prompting: FATAL ERROR: Unable to load Prelude

then it closes.

I also installed the same version with the same installer on a machine 
running Windows XP
and it worked perfectly.

What should I do to fix this?
