We have reports that Hugin runs on Windows 8.1. Have you a 64 bit version of Windows installed? If not try the 32 bit version.

It worked more or less on Win 8. After updating to Win 8.1 ( and subsequent automatic updates) it failed to work at all. I downloaded and ran "HuginSetup_2014.0.0_64bit_Windows". When I try to run the programme, I get "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, contact the publisher."
