Well they certainly overlap. I don't have a PTO at hand but you could easily reproduce it. Saving remapped images works, so I merge them in GIMP.
Is it possible to render to a TIFF or XCF file *with the remapped images in their correct places*? I got the TIFFs from Hugin, then did some healing in GIMP-git, then imported back into Hugin. Either GIMP screwed the tags up, or Hugin did when I first saved them. I have downgraded to Hugin 2014.0.0 for now due to that annoying alpha layer bug. I will report back when I get the same warnings and this time I'll make sure where they come from. p.s. using tiff-4.0.3 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Hugin Bug Hunters, which is subscribed to Hugin. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1405035 Title: Saved TIFF contains only one of the source images Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI: Incomplete Bug description: Using 2014.1.0.9b4acbc72451 (today's head, 2014-12-23), when I save a TIFF which consists of a 360x180 equirectangular layer and two 90 degree rectilinear layers (nadir and zenith), the saved TIFF contains only the zenith.
