I don't see the point of this wish. All tools which are called by PTBatcherGUI
are already running multi-threaded.
The bottleneck is memory and reading/writing to disc. So running several jobs
parallel will not help so much, the bottleneck issue becomes even more
pronounced in this case.

Bug description:
Currently, PTBatcherGUI has a checkbox for parallel execution (or
not). For reasons of efficient resource utilization, please could we
have the ability to run up-to-N jobs (default 2 or 3, maybe)
simultaneously?
