GPL.txt versus COPYING
Status in Panorama Tools:
Fix Released
Bug description:
In changeset e5239f3584c1 gpl.txt was renamed to COPYING. But CMake still
references to gpl.txt.
The attached patch fixes this issue. But some CMakeLists.txt files do also
link to the licence gpl.txt in the copyright header. This should also fixed.
