I was wrong in my previous mail regarding /cgi-bin/ that
should be replaced by @CGIBIN_DIR@. It must not. There should be
a @CGIBIN_PREFIX@ defaulting to /cgi-bin/ so that people can have
a cgi-bin directory whose name is no /cgi-bin/. At present it's
not possible *at configuration time*.
I'm not sure if we should at this (and the documentation) now.
