Your proposed categories sound fine to me, as does your category field
format.

It occurred to me this weekend that there really should be another
field added, describing the configuration level at which the attribute
can be set (i.e. global, server or url).  I think that with the new
multi-level configuration file, it would be important to document
this - especially since the shakedown of what attribute is supported
at what level is not yet complete - it would be good for the user to
know this.
