Yes, this makes sense--there was a modification (sorry, don't have a
ChangeLog available here) to Dictionary in the past 6 weeks. I bet this
uncovered a higher-level leak. Both backtraces point towards the
Configuration code.
(If no one gets to it, I'll look it over this evening.)
