What version?
For htdig 3.1.6 on Mac OS X I ended up editing my CONFIG file a bit (trying to make a nice OS C CONFIG file) but didn't do anything with the with-zlib part. Am I missing something?
Sidenote: does anyone know of an ht://Dig installer package for Mac OS X? Last time I looked I didn't find one, and since I've gotten more familiar with ht://Dig I'd consider making one myself...
