That depends which of Josh's two suggestions you use.  The first one isn't
quite right.  You shouldn't give -u username:password as an argument to
rundig, as it will cause htmerge, htnotify and htfuzzy to fail with an
'invalid option -- u' error.  You should instead modify the rundig script
to pass that option only to htdig.

The second approach involves adding the authorization attribute to your
htdig.conf file, or other config file as specified by a -c option to
htdig or to rundig.

Either way, you should make sure the file that contains the password is
protected from prying eyes.
