Hi list, this may be a silly question, but anyway it's not directly obvious to me, how I can count the http-traffic which every dig produce with external sites.
For the system: I use the dig in Version 3.1.16 on a Linux-Box (SuSE). I store all sites for one index-run in an external file because up to now I index 40 sites for a accumulated database. This gives 4 DB-Files with approx. 170MB in the db - Dir. Is there any chance to count exactly what (http-)traffic is needed to built the index once? -- TIA a lot Thomas -- Mit freundlichem Gru Thomas Albl Deutscher Stdtetag Tel. : 0221/3771-210 FAX : 0221/3771-128 eMail: mailto:thomas.albl@;staedtetag.de Web : http://www.staedtetag.de ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by: See the NEW Palm Tungsten T handheld.
