Sorry about that, you are correct that should not matter for a network
connection.

Let's try this. Can you cancel all jobs if any are pending. Then set the
 CUPS debug level to debug. Then restart another print job. Then could
you send or post your CUPS error log.

So....

#cd /etc/cups or equivalent for your system.

look at cupsd.conf or equivalent for your system. Find 'LogLevel' and
set that to 'debug'.

Restart cups...

#/etc/init.d/cups restart or equivalent for your system.


You will probably find your CUPS error log at /var/log/cups/error_log

Again let me know how it goes..
