It simply means that the printer is installed in CUPS, but it is not using
HPLIP, and as such, will not work in the HP toolbox, etc. The correct URI
for the printer for HPLIP would be something like:

hp:/net/DeskJet_6940a?ip=192.168.0.104

If you want to use hp-toolbox and the other HPLIP tools, install the printer
in HPLIP using (su/sudo) hp-setup.
