Sounds like a hardware problem. From the manual for the PSC 1110 please do
these steps:
"From the all-in-one front panel: Press and hold the Cancel button, and then
press the Color Start Copy button. The test page marked B in Figure 2 will
print."

If the page doesn't print out correctly you'll want to contact HP Technical
Support from http://www.hp.com.
