Hi, i bought an F380 and i have noticed something. In Windows prints WAAAAY faster than in linux, so my question would be.... why ? i mean, under windows i try the lower quality (i'm a spanish speaker, so i don't know the english name, but would be something like "fast draft") and it prints a full page in like 2 or 3 seconds (black). and i try the exact same thing under linux and it takes like 20 or 30 (not exaggerating). Perhaps linux's lower quality is not as low as windows' and the money i save for not having to pay windows' licence any more, i have to spend it on ink... or perhaps is the same quality than in windows but you didn't pay much attention to the print speed.... or something else...
anyway.... when are you going to fix this ? thank you very much By the way, i'm using Debian 4.0 Etch, with Gnome and a 2.6.21.1 kernel... but i've seen this behaviour with MAANY different distros and MAANY different configurations.
