Hello...I purchased this printer in China and brought it home with me via passenger plane, well packed in suitcase. However, when connecting up yo my WinXP setup, all I get is "Door open" on screen, and the door is NOT open; the cartridge light is flashing and both carts are seeming to stay in the replacement position.
I don't use linux, I just see the link so I send you this email. I still have the original carts installed, but I did refill them and they worked fine in China....but not here in UK.
