This would seem to be the problem "Device URI: socket://10.0.0.2". For
scanning and unload to work (as well as other functionality) your printer
needs to be configured using the hp backend. if possible please remove the
printer and configure it using hp-setup. if you do not have hp-setup please
update to the latest hplip.
