Sorry I'm not exactly sure what you are seeking.
HPLIP does not support 'fax receive' -- HPLIP supports faxing out only.
The 'fax receive' portion is handled by whatever hardware that is receiving
the fax. HPLIP does not have any control over how the fax is received by
the remote device.
Your device may have additional info in the manual and so forth on how to
configure the fax receive.
