When the old HLDS Update Tool was shutdown in 2013 in favour of
SteamCMD, TFC received an update which introduced two major bugs which
are still not fixed today, and is forcing server owners to use an old
TFC DLL (tfc.so, tfc.dll) from 2012.

Now I guess there are probably a lot of other bugs which Valve is
trying to fix as well, and this may be why it's taking so long to fix
these two major bugs.

My suggestion for Valve would be to take the source code of the
current (not beta) version of the TFC DLL files (tfc.so, tfc.dll), and
only fix these two bugs to get them sorted as soon as possible, as
they are stopping server owners from using the current version.
