i am putting together a semi-formal zoom meeting to look
at tagging issues relating to areas which have a lot of
change over time.

it appears to not do time zone support; i'm in eastern
time (US) for reference.
my zoom account is limited to 40 minute meetings, so it can't
go on all that long.
an alternative is for me to use OBS to record a presentation of
the issues (i want to do this by fiddling about in JOSM on OHM),
uploading it, and then posting the link for folks to view and
then discussion here, in slack and in discord.
