Though Section "3.2.4 Stylized comment"[1] suggests that you can use
magnet links for external JS files, it doesn't seem to work. I think you
should file a bug report about it.

Declaring the JS license as a stylized comment works. I've attached an
updated copy of game.js for your reference.
