I uploaded LibreJS 6.0.8 to addons.mozilla.org when it was released, but it hasn't been accepted yet. The AMO editors don't want to accept that version because it listens for mousemove events, as part of the draggable complain banner feature.
One solution I can think of would be to remove the draggable functionality from the complain banner in the next version of LibreJS. Does that sound okay?
