I added a command line tool to make it easier to experiment with libidn2
and released version 0.2.

You can use the command line tool like this:

jas@latte:~$ idn2
idn2 0.2
Copyright (C) 2011  Simon Josefsson
This program comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY; for details type `show w'.
This is free software, and you are welcome to redistribute it
under certain conditions; type `show c' for details.

Type each input string on a line by itself, terminated by a newline character.
