Currently, only unconstrained nonlinear least squares is supported. You
will need to look into other libraries for constrained methods

I'm a new user and have a general question on the trust-region method.
There doesn't seem to be a direct way to restrict (bound) the solution space
to the non-negative domain. Has anyone been able to do this by some
indirect mechanism? I appreciate any suggestions.
