Firts order ODE with variable coefficients

Hello,

I have a system of (4) equations such as
Y'(t) = A(t) y(t) + B(t)
As shown, the coefficients of A (4 x 4 matrix) are time depending.
Is there a routine in gsl that I can use to some the system?
