“Error:global command fail” reported, when using global in vim

Hi,
I have installed global6.6.5 in windows10. I use spacevim with the gtags. It 
work well with creating tag files,
but when I try to find ref, error message show "Error: global command fail, 
command line: global --result=ctags-x -qre "ABC".
As spacevim does not make tag file in root of source tree, I try to check if 
GTAGSROOT&GTAGSDBPATH are set properly, and it is correct.
The gtags.vim spacevim use is

 . I try to debug what is wrong, but get no further info.
