[h-e-w] GDB debugging procedure

All,

I have forgot what the GDB debugging procedure for emacs is.  I have tried
emacs-24.2-rc2 and have a consistent bug that crashes emacs.  I can attach
a debugger but can't remember the commands to get anything useful.
