To begin with, you need to keep the cc to the mail list so that
others may help.
With GNU software, you need to: either pick down the sources and
compile, or if you want a binary, find somebody external to GNU that
has done this compile job for you.

Hello Hans -
I am looking for bison that will run under Windows XP. I looked
at the site you suggested and found nothing that was identified as
being
suitable for Windows XP. I also looked at various README files
in http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu and in http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/
MicrosPorts.
without finding anything that seemed relevant. Can you give me a
little
more detail about what I need to do? Thanks.

Is there a version of bison available that will run on W-word XP
operating system (the one made by the M-word company)? If so,
how can a get a copy? Thanks.
Versions back to 1.25 are available at <http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/
gnu/ bison/>.
