Hello, I am Yucheng Liang, a current student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I am interested in downloading HCP course virtual machine, however, I have trouble doing so.
I followed the tutorial on https://wiki.humanconnectome.org/display/PublicData/Downloading+the+HCP+Course+Virtual+Machine The first problem arises when the prompt says 'Use UDR for data transfer', I should have put true, but doing so I can not connect to the server. Therefore, I changed the setupCourse.sh file as shown in the attachment. [image: 3.PNG] That solves the problem and then I am able to download. But when the downloading process reaches 100%, the prompt keeps saying that space run out as shown in the attached file. [image: 4.PNG] (Also, I tried to increase the space on sda1 to 100G, the program still runs into the same problem.) Could you please help me look into this issue?
