Hi, If you want to try downloading via https://db.humanconnectome.org and Aspera, simply select the “All Family Subjects” category under “Download Image Data” and then select the “Diffusion” modality on the “Download Packages” page. That will select all 1065 subjects with Diffusion data – it’s 1.3 TB of data. Certainly no need to select the subjects one at a time.

Dear all, Currently, I am struggling with diffusion MRI download. Since I need to process almost all subjects (1200 subjects) for my research, I can download only about 400 dMRI data through AWS. If dMRI data are available on AWS, they are under the directory, "HCP/subject_id/T1w/Diffusion" - (subejct_id: 211215 etc..) So, I can download it by shell and R. However, if dMRI data is not on AWS, I need to download it by Aspera and click all 800 subjects. (subject_id, 257946, 962058 etc..) It is almost impossible to download it manually. So, I am wondering anyone knows the way to download these 800 dMRI data automatically.
