Hi HCP gurus:

Last year my group ordered one of the last versions of HCP in a Box (1200
subjects), and we have now mounted the delivered drives onto our systems. A
couple of questions:

(1)
On looking through the data, it appears that there is duplication between the
drives delivered. Is that intentional? We received 12 drives, which contained
the following drive labels

/dev/sdb1: LABEL="S1200-8" UUID="a2b7904d-37dd-45c9-9ec9-9230fe5a3e96"
TYPE="ext4"
/dev/sdc1: LABEL="S1200-7" UUID="77466324-7c35-461c-aafb-a0f158f3fb77"
TYPE="ext4"
/dev/sdd1: LABEL="S1200-6" UUID="a7154df1-ff1a-40df-93cf-072dbf7c0f13"
TYPE="ext4"
/dev/sde1: LABEL="S1200-5" UUID="01a90880-94b5-4342-9c34-b230bc780807"
TYPE="ext4"
/dev/sdf1: LABEL="S1200-4" UUID="7f109478-50d7-415a-bb62-fb350cfa397f"
TYPE="ext4"
/dev/sdg1: LABEL="S1200-3" UUID="4ba28b39-ff16-41ef-8164-5ef7cb4ad4a8"
TYPE="ext4"
/dev/sdh1: LABEL="S1200-2" UUID="bd6092d8-0575-4e5e-8a84-0f4fd7941772"
TYPE="ext4"
/dev/sdi1: LABEL="S1200-1" UUID="31b9427c-bcc1-43c8-9a2f-ddf66988a287"
TYPE="ext4"
/dev/sdj1: LABEL="S1200-9" UUID="30749a12-1269-4a4e-8acd-5413d9760db7"
TYPE="ext4"
/dev/sdk1: LABEL="S1200-10" UUID="374ea68e-db82-4348-8a4e-64b841ad6ccf"
TYPE="ext4"
/dev/sdl1: LABEL="S1200-11" UUID="b70d7a54-f10e-4595-a482-b777b15b5b69"
TYPE="ext4"
/dev/sdm1: LABEL="S1200-12" UUID="3653d72d-704a-4e04-8cb2-e9361fc94189"
TYPE="ext4"

It seems that subjects are duplicated for some drives. That is, in the pairs
below, every subject on say, "sde1" also occurs on drive "sdi1". Files look
the same (ie, have same file size). What is the difference between the people
on corresponding drives in each pair?

sde1, sdi1
sdd1, sdh1
sdc1, sdg1
sdf1, sdk1

Subjects on drives sdb1, sdj1, sdbl1, and sdbm1 appear to be unique.

(2)
I cannot find anywhere an explanation of the differences between
"analysis_s12", "analysis_s8", "analysis_s4", and "analysis_s2". What is the
difference between these?

Thanks very much....
