Hey! I've recently started contributing to the containers package and noticed that its not possible <https://github.com/haskell/containers/issues/458> to use Stack out of the box when building and testing locally. We wanted to add a simple stack.yaml file <https://github.com/haskell/containers/pull/463> but I've only used stack for personal projects and don't know if this will affect the building of containers for Stackage. If someone who's familiar with the process could take a look it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
