Hello folks, just a few updates: * ICU's LayoutEngine is officially deprecated in favor of HarfBuzz, starting in ICU v54. http://userguide.icu-project.org/layoutengine
* I've opened a ticket, http://bugs.icu-project.org/trac/ticket/11023 to make the ICU layout*ex* (ParagraphLayout) library a standalone module, building against the non-layout rest of ICU plus HarfBuzz's wrapper.
