Hi, the first revision of Hardcode Haml was released today. It is a Haml implementation that compiles Haml markup to source code generating the according HTML code. There currently exist C, C++ and Python output modules and writing new modules for other languages can be easily accomplished.
The aim of this project is to provide Haml to statically typed languages like C and C++ without suffering in performance. This will enable developers in other areas, like embedded environments, to benefit from the flexibility and usability of Haml. The project is hosted at github: https://github.com/thammi/Hardcode-Haml I hope that Hardcode Haml will be useful for some of you. It is already used in at least one commercial embedded project.
