Hi,

I am looking for an alternate part # of u25 and u13 - the original part # is MGA81563TR1G is a rf amplifier

What is the output impedance when transmitting at 147.42 MHz with and without the output amplifier?

I?ve built an RF amplifier to boost the output about 26 dB, but with no signal it oscillates. The data sheet suggests it is probably due to an impedance mismatch between the Hackrf and the amp. So, can anyone say definitely the impedance of the Hackrf?

Thanks,
Jake

The output impedance is 50 ohms.
