SDR-radio is an awesome software package, but it is not all that intuitive to setup. Even with the correct drivers loaded, your HackRF will not show up, you have to load it. Give me a couple days, and I'll post a small how to guide as a pdf reply to this.

Are you able to use any other SDR tools with your setup? I recommend trying SDR# (http://airspy.com/download/).

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with SDR-radio v3 and I'm away from my Windows test system until April, so I'm unable to test it. Hopefully someone else on the mailing list has experience with it.
