The file is in zip format so around 200+ MB and there is one video file.

Maybe include a screenshot of the waterfall or say what frequency it is, or how 
much bandwidth the signal uses. Not many people will download a 2GB IQ file 
without some background.

I have captured a signal with SDR# ( 16 bit PCM Baseband - IQ ).

I am not experts with signal analysis and decoding. I have tried various 
software but it did not work

This signal is really unique.
