TSCMers (technical surveillance countermeasures) or bug sweepers use
receivers that scan, and record a graphical representation, of the RF
spectrum at a very fast speed by taking large chunks of data at one time
and FFTing them. Ketsrel software uses the Aeon, Signal Hound and a few
other receivers covering from DC to 6 gig or higher in a matter of
seconds. REI's Oscar Blue and Green covers 40khz to 24 Ghz in under a
second. Has anyone found a way to get the HackRF to scan in a similar
manner and then record the frequency and strength?
