Try upgrading the firmware of your device and make sure you use the latest version of SDR#. This improved the signal quality for me. https://github.com/mossmann/hackrf/wiki/Updating-Firmware Please note: After FW Upgrade I had to use the Swap I & Q option in SDR# to get any results at all.
