Hi,
As the packages from the distribution install from ubuntu are not
working, i've hacked together the old debian install scripts and the
latest git. The result is installable packages that work for the
standard suite of gqrx and osmocom_fft utilities. probably also for
gnuradio-companion (not tested yet).

I've made an error with the version numbering, updates will overwrite
these packages. i will fix this when i find the time.
