Greetings and big shout out to the H2 team. We are certainly power users of H2 and for us Release 2.2.230 plus latest snapshot, both run rock stable and solid and its the first release not providing us with any issue or needs for work around!
- The "Housekeeping" works beautifully now, reducing a 1.9GB "real data" from 7 GB "hot query temp data" down to 3 GB over time, even while inserts are running. Great stuff! - robust WITH and MERGE statements have big value for us - Recovery worked for me first time ever (rescuing my 4 days of ETL work) when I crashed the DB likely from competing "shutdown defrag" while "altering DDL" in parallel (my bad) There was a time when we were ready to walk away because of corruption issues, but we are firm believers now!
