Yes, you can do this. It would go something like:
Set newKey = Keyboard.Capture
Set regKeys = Keyboard.RegisteredHotkeys
For Each key In regKeys
If key.Key = newKey Then
' You've got a duplicate
End If
Next
The GWToolkit attempts to use this logic to check for duplicate hotkeys when
using its HotkeyManager object.
