Hi Matt,

#1; you should be able to use any shortcut character, don't know why you had
any problem.

#2.  The arrow keys should just work between the menubar elements, and
there's no special attribute or anything else which will effect how they
work.

#3.  You'll need to google on, or find some examples of, specifying
character data using the XML structure named cdata; it allows you to put
special characters (including line breaks) into an xml character string.
Or, you could use the UIDesign app to create your XML and it usually uses
cdata when it creates structures for you.
